Welcome to the official kick-off for the SANReN Cyber Security Challenge 2021!
For this year’s CSC participants will have three opportunities to qualify for final CSC in December.
The first round will take place in the first semester and is intended for all South African universities who have Information Security or Cyber Security courses during the first semester of the year.
The second round will take place second 2021 and is intended for all South African universities who have Information Security or Cyber Security courses during the second semester of the year.
The final qualifying round will take place between end of September 2021 and is intended for student who missed their initial qualification rounds or who only have security training later in the academic year.
During the qualifying rounds each team will compete against other teams within their university. The ten teams with the highest score will be invited to represent their University in the finals in December.
Teams must consist of at least three members but a fourth member can be added if the team contains members of mixed genders (this is our attempt to promote diverse groups).
